Because each piece is handmade in small batches, all sales are currently final.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of pickup with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Each ceramic piece is handmade and may include slight variations in shape, glaze, and finish. These variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
